    Loved it, but so sad

    I was gifted this ring just 3 months ago from my partner. I wore it all the time because it is so beautiful and I get so many compliments! However, last week the middle stone fell out without me knowing. My partner tried to get a replacement or some type of discount to get the same ring, but they did not offer anything since it was out of their policy range. So sad because this is so gorgeous and could've been mailed back to be fixed or something easy like that.

    We are so sorry for the disappointment. At the moment we don't offer repairs on our rings and it does look like this was out of our 60 day warranty.     Poor quality

    Very pretty design, but the center pearl fell out after only wearing it an handful of times! Have only owned it about three months now, and I’ve barely worn it. I emailed MBM support and they didn’t even offer a discount code, let alone a replacement ring. Disappointed.
