1. Unscrew the ball from the back of the stud.
2. Insert the stud into your piercing. (This may take a little extra care because the post is slightly thicker than the standard post.)
3. Carefully line up the hole in the ball with the post and turn the ball clockwise to tighten, using your other hand to hold the stud in place. Twist the ball onto the post until it cannot turn any further. (To loosen, turn the ball counterclockwise.)
4. Sleep, swim, sweat, and see the world with comfortable 24/7 wear.
5. We recommend checking occasionally to ensure the ball backs are still screwed on securely.

Measuring for Your Bracelet
Take a measuring tape and measure your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet.
Add an appropriate length to the bracelet for a best fit. Please note lengths below.
For a "Tight" fit: Add 1/4" to 1/2" to your wrist size
For a "Just Right" fit: Add 3/4" to 1"
For a "Relaxed" fit: Add 1 1/4"
